My expertise…

includes a deep understanding of transformations and agile transitions. This is based on extensive experience. As a corporate employee, I was both affected by major change processes and part of the internal change organization. On the other hand, I draw on extensive experience as a consultant in an innovative start-up, as well as a self-employed entrepreneur. In doing so, I have supported my clients in a wide range of transformations. I work with people at all levels of the hierarchy, helping them to design and implement the appropriate path to the new organization.

My conviction is…

that the ability to change is an important, if not the most important, skill for companies today. Despite constant change, the company should remain productive and competitive. This is possible when people can accept adaptation processes. Identifying what is already good and does not need to change helps companies to assess their situation.

With my many years of experience in supporting change processes, I not only contribute expertise, but also adapt tools and methods individually to the specific needs of each customer.
