I work in areas where change is urgently needed but is being blocked.

Change requires one thing above all else: clarity about what works and what prevents progress. That is exactly where I come in.

I work with executives, teams, and organizations during phases in which change must not only be initiated but also designed to be sustainable.

I look at the structures within which change takes place, at responsibilities, decisions, and the way collaboration actually functions in everyday life. Equally important to me are the tensions and dynamics at play.

After all, change rarely fails because of what is openly stated. More often, it fails because of what runs parallel, exerts an influence, and remains unaddressed for a long time.
