Strategy

When transformations stall despite significant investment, the problem rarely lies solely in the strategy.

Often, there is a lack of clarity regarding responsibilities, sound decision-making logic, and a shared understanding of what actually needs to change in day-to-day operations. At the same time, the pressure for change, complexity, and demands driven by technological developments such as AI continue to rise.

The result is friction, decision-making gridlock, and changes that are initiated but have too little impact in day-to-day operations.

That is exactly where I come in.

I help companies not only plan change strategically but also design it in a way that takes hold in day-to-day operations.

This includes identifying

  • where change unnecessarily ties up energy and resources,
  • where decisions lose their impact,
  • where responsibility remains unclear,
  • and which dynamics prevent transformation from truly taking effect in day-to-day operations.

After all, many transformations stall because too many questions remain unanswered at once: Who decides what? Which priorities really matter? What specifically is changing in how we work together? And how do teams know that the change is more than just another initiative?

This lack of clarity leads to uncertainty, endless coordination loops, and increasing strain on leadership and collaboration. Change is then managed rather than effectively shaped. That is why change must be designed in such a way that people can regain their bearings and take on responsibility.

Transformation Audit

If your transformation is currently consuming more energy than it’s generating results, what often helps isn’t another action plan, but a clear look at the friction points in the system.

The Transformation Audit reveals

  • where change loses its impact in everyday life,
  • what tensions are affecting leadership and collaboration,
  • which dynamics hinder decision-making and implementation,
  • and why, despite significant investment, too little progress is being made.

This creates a solid foundation for taking targeted action where blockages are currently costing time, energy, and business effectiveness—and often burning through a lot of money in the process.

The audit is particularly suitable for companies that want to quickly restore genuine capacity for action and thereby bring implementation power and commitment to their transformation.

How I Work

I work at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and organizational dynamics.

The goal is not to introduce as many methods as possible or to push for change even more aggressively. What matters is creating the conditions under which change can take hold in everyday life and thus truly be implemented.

I work with leaders, teams, and organizations on the areas where change loses its impact, collaboration unnecessarily ties up energy and resources, or decisions lose their guiding power.

Depending on the situation, this means making tensions visible, clarifying responsibilities, sharpening decision-making logic, or positioning leadership more effectively during change.

Methodologically, this incorporates systemic organizational development, strategic transformation work, and agile working methods. However, the focus is never on the method itself, but rather on the question of what actually generates impact in the given context.

Discussion

If you feel that your transformation is currently costing more energy than it is yielding progress, it’s usually not worth pursuing another standard process; instead, you need a clear perspective on the dynamics that are preventing impact in everyday work.

This is precisely where a structured outside perspective can be a meaningful next step.

-Edgar Geyer-

Ms. Tolimir took over the moderation and support for us at a team workshop with our employees.

Both the preparation and the implementation of the workshop were very good and really very successful. Our employees were thrilled. At the beginning, some employees were skeptical and reluctant to participate in our workshop, but Ms. Tolimir was able to quickly change this with the initial speed-connect round.

Thank you again for the productive and insightful day.
